The Research and Practice in Combined Application of Projection Transformation and Error Correction of MapGIS

As an excellent domestic GIS software,through 10 to 20 years' continuous development and innovation of Wuhan Zondy Cyber,MAPGIS has grown from the original version 4.0,5.0,6.0 and 6.7 to the current version 7.x.The authors often need to promote the mapgis6.x series data to the 7.x series data in their job.So it was necessary to find solution to preprocess the data.After the analytical study,it was found out that the application of projection transformation and error correction could be combined in mapgis6.7 version.And it was proved by practice that this method was feasible,convenient and accurate.In view of the similar problems that people in the same occupation would encounter in his job,this article was formed through summarizing as a reference.And the authors hoped for valuable advices.
