New Method of Evaluating Farmers' Credit Based on Cloud Barycenter Theory

In order to evaluate farmers' credit in a more objective and rational way, credit evaluation, a system of credit indexes, is constructed in accordance with the practice of farmers' micro-finance in the comparatively developed areas. It provides a new method of evaluating farmers' credit degree by applying the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight and the cloud barycenter theory to structure the comprehensive evaluation model. The practice shows that it is scientific and practical.
