Technology of Interface Based on Win32 API in Windows

The environment of Windows is introduced, and compared with that of DOS. Function of Win32 API is discussed. The technology with which the applications to communicate with the hardwares of computers is expounded in Windows. The method of programming with Win32 API is illustrated with the example of serial communication in Windows. Thus the problem of serial communication is settled.
