The files of colleges and universities are mostly existing and managed in the form of paper.The multi-service functions of file materials are completed by hand.The traditional service way of computerized file management has expressed lay,low-efficiency and uncomplete.Therefore,we should fully understand the character of computerized file management and strengthen the internet environment construction of file management and the construction of a talented person group.
