Design and Development of Query Information System Based on WebGIS for Urban Public Transport

Taken Kunming for a case, the query information system of urban public transport was preliminary designed and developed in this study. SuperMap was chosen as GIS software to develop the system, and some tech- nology was used, such as GIS, internet, database. Many query function was carried out in this system, like checking location and character, finding way to taking different bus, searching bus platform based on buffer analysis.
