Switchgear design technology based on knowledge reuse

To make full use of existing knowledge on switchgear design,the characteristics of switchgear structures and design knowledge were analyzed,and a method to describe the whole switchgear unit and functional elements was put forward.The configuration regulations for functional module and judgment criterion for similar cases were provided.An assisted design system was formulated by Case-Based Reasoning(CBR) and configuration rules after analyzing the configuration design knowledge and the method to implement the configuration.An example of HXGN-12 switchgear design was given to illustrate the effectiveness of this method in shortening design time.
