Railway Construction Projects Manage System(RCPMIS) was served for Passenger Dedicated lines construction.To adapt the distribution characteristics of location and diversity of data of the Systems,the engineering-oriented data transfer platform was presented to satisfy the need of data integration and transfer in management.By the research of basic theory,it was designed a framework of data exchange platform based on the two techniques.
