How to Draw Lessons from This Year′s Snow and Ice Disaster for Distribution Network Design and Construction

This paper summarizes the lessons drawn from the fact that this year′s snow and ice disaster has caused great harm to power network.In order to enhance disaster-resisting capacity of the power network in large area,disaster-resisting standard of power network must be amended.The understanding on enhancing disaster-resisting standard of power network as well as how to implement are described.Some general lessons drawn from this year′s snow and ice disaster are analyzed for the design and construction of the distribution network,and some prevention measures are presented.
