The design and application of national free preconception health checkup information system

Objective:To establish an information system for national free preconception health examination project to accomplish the digital file management for the couple preparing to be pregnant.Methods:According to the guideline of national free preconception health examination project and the real workflow,series of standard documents were created.The information system was developed and deployed according to the J2EE-based enterprise-level architecture design and relevant technical standards of software engineering.Results:Information system for free preconception health examination was set up and applied according to the structure based on equipment,data,application and presentation.Conclusion:The system could fit for the different needs among the national/provincial/municipal/county/township level users,and shows the characteristics of easy-to-use,practical,advantage of the structure and security mechanism in the demonstration.
