Considering the share and reuse of ontology and the dynamic characteristic of negotiation process,the paper advances the negotiation protocol process ontology.Semantic Web is applied to automated negotiation.It utilizes description logic and ontology editor Protege 3.2.1 to describe one2many alternating protocol ontology and gets the corresponding OWL file.
