Review of Kernels Function for Structured Data

Kernels function is a new approach on dealing with the non-linear problem.But for the data such as strings,graphs and protein which can not input directly,kernels for structured data can be used.This paper introduces the principle of function kernel,discusses a few kernels for structured data explicitly,and summaries the application of the kernels for structured data.
