Our Thoughts about Crimes Brought by Computer and Internet

At present, crimes brought by computer and internet are much more serious than the ones in the single computer time. The speed that computer and internet bring new types of problem surpasses people's imagination and the speed of establishing laws. It should be quickly taken into consideration that how to make use of existing laws to regulate computer crimes and how to set up the most effective laws to rule existing internet crimes.
