The Epidermal Polarity and The Polarity Protein in Psoriasis Research

The epidermal polarity establishment is crucial for proliferation and differentiation of keratinocyte.Sometimes disruption of epidermal polarity is the base of pathophysiologic process.Psoriasis is a frequent,genetic,chronic inflammatory,benign proliferative disease,characterized by long course,easily recurrence,which is related with unsolved pathogenesis.This paper presents the advances in the research of the polarity protein which is associated with psoriasis.The current research may bring a bright future in the psoriasis.
