Application of Radio Frequency Identification to the Management of Instruments and Equipments in Universities

For some period,it's difficult for keeping the account and assets coincident as well as managing effectively in universities' instruments and equipments management because of the problems such as unawareness of state-owned assets,the ineffective management mechanism,and the backward manage means,etc.Radio frequency identification(RFID) is a non-contact automatic identification technology,which can resolve the bottleneck problem in acquiring scattered data for instruments and equipments.The technological advantages of RFID can improve the efficiency and level of instruments and equipments management significantly.
