In comparison with the public colleges and universities,private ones are more dependent on the education market,their survival and development is controlled by the market more directly.The uncertainty of student market,school market and job market has direct influence on the development of private colleges.Therefore,Chinese private colleges should establish risk awareness and have a comprehensive understanding of the risks,improve the governance mechanism,and market the school actively,to guard against market risks.
