Research on Implementation Model of Understructure Communication Mechanism of the Multimedia Data Conference

In this paper, according to the protocols T.120. T.123. T.122/ T.125 and T.124 of ITU we design an application Model MRCS (Multi-point Real-time Couversation.System). Then we define the program interface among the lays in this model in order to implement the uuderstructure communication mechanism of the multimedia data conference.
