This paper introduces the GPS time series analysis method and theory,and the time series analysis to install,use and the basic principle of CATS software in detail.Two methods for calculating the main use of CATS:frequency spectrum analysis and maximum likelihood estimation;different noise models(mainly white noise and colored noise)to analyze the noise of time series and their influence on the velocity error.Can easily use the CATS as the researchers obtain parameter,made research.
