The rural co-operative movement inspired in the 1930s was a beneficial attempt to push the agriculture and village toward modernization by the national government.Since the government didn't consider the external surroundings and the diathesis of its internal members,the development of the movement didn't achieve its goalRelieve and Revive the country.Its experiences and lessons still have significance for the New Country Construction.
