An overall design framwork for unified real-time data platform in plant-level supervisory information system(SIS) of power plants has been put forward.The key techniques of plug-in frame,as well as the interfaces used for data-communication,data-storage,and data-service have been developed;the developed low coupling and highly polymerized distribution type data platform softwares can enhance the stability and reliability of the plant-level SIS,and realizing the production of softwares used in plant-level SIS.
