Digitized Processing for Audio-video Data of Foreign Languages

For the numerous foreign language audio-video data accumulated in the reference room of various high schools,there exist a lotof problems in their digitized store and use.Therefore,to digitize these audio-video data is the only way to solve the problem.Baced on our school's practice,this paper illustrates the digitized process of the traditional foreign language audio—video data from the perspective of digitized transfering,editing and storing of foreign language audio—video data as well as the establishing and maintaining of the network platform for audio—video database.
