Application of SMS Technology in Traffic Information Issue in Expressway Network

The highway traffic network construction in China is a developing trend.The highway systems at all levels in a region constitute the relatively closed network systems.How to effectively provide the better information service for the vehicles running in the net has become a bottleneck to restrict the road network transportation service level promotion.Based on the investegation for the application of the short messaging service(SMS) in the highway network transportation information issue,an applied case of SMS technology in the highway network transportation information issue is presented,which provides an effective and quick transportation information service for the road network.
