Research on Project PERT Based on Bayesian Network

The paper proposes a PERT(Program Evaluation and Review Technique) based on Bayesian networks which schedules time considering quality.Problems and scheduling rationality in the software development may be foreknown by the method,whereby the irrational development progress is adjusted and risks are avoided in time so as to improve the successful rate of the project development.The method is used to instruct development of software project,with the better results obtained.
