Monitoring Spam short message is a new task for the Short Message service management. Concerning security issues, there are vulnerabilities in the access part, SM center and SM gateway of SM service system. Two monitoring mechanisms are usually adopted, i.e., Monitoring short message System and SP manager Flat.
