Maximality of semi-finite subdiagonal algebras

The maximality of semi finite subdiagonal algebras is considered. With GNS construction and cyclic vectors methods, it is proved that a σ weakly closed semi finite subdiagonal algebra A of a von Neumann algebra M exists with respect to a faithful normal expectation Φ , in the sense that there exists a faithful normal semi finite trace τ on M + such that τΦ=τ , is maximal subdiagonal.
