Research of congestion control of real-time video delivery on Internet

Delivering real-time video over the Internet is an important component of many Internet multimedia applications.Transmission of real-time video has bandwidth,delay and loss requirements.In this paper,based on the latter approach,we summarize representative research works on congestion control,for the purpose of providing solutions to transmission of real-time internet video.
