Analysis of the clinical nursing of patients with acute myocardial infarction

Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing of patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods 100 cases of AMI in our hospital from March 2012 to May 2013 were selected and equally divided into two groups,the control group received conventional nursing,the experimental group received high quality nursing,the life quality of two groups were observed and compared. Results The anxiety score of experimental group [(54.51 ±5.56) points] after nursing was significantly better than control group [(59.46±10.64) points],and the QOL score of experimental group [(79.73±18.24) points] was significantly lower than control group [(58.34±17.49) points],the days of patients in experimental group away from bed was significantly lower than control group,the differences between two groups were statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion Applying high quality nursing in patients with AMI can improve the life quality and states of patients well,safe and dependable,and convenient for operation,which is worthy of being widely promoted in clinic.
