Characteristic and Implementation of Multi Service Access Platform

In this paper,the characteristics and advantages of Multi Service Access Platform(MSAP) are discussed firstly.Then the hardware-software implementation of MSAP with CPU+ASIC+FPGA architecture is expounded.Finally,the applications of MSAP for big client access,3G and military communication are analyzed.
