Researching on Infringement and the Protection of Digital Works in Network

With the PRC Copyright Law provisions as legal basis,taking the formation,dissemination and application of network digital works as the route,the paper discusses the protection scope,existing problems and the parts that the law has not covered in the copyright protection in present network digital products,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestion.
