Based on war emergency material resources support principle,the quantification method of resource points support capabilities based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed in the paper,then the optimal method of war emergency material support plan is discussed,as well,the mathematical model of emergency material support plan is constituted in the paper.The method will enhance the rationality of war emergency material support plan formulation to a certain extent.
