The Best Practice Method Based on Module Construction Software System's CMM

By summarying the medium,small scale software development characteristic,based on guarantee fast,reasonable,low price and clear software development process control,this article proposed the best practice method based on module construction software system's CMM and the RUP order process control's through the massive project practice's summary.This method has the clear process control which can be duplication checked and understood and allows to make the compatible self-adjustment and the consummation in the software process.Through the actual case's statistics and the regular analysis,we proved that this kind of practice method of software development process has the strong project guiding sense and the reality reference value in the actual engineering project management.
