Mobile Phone SMS Fraud and Prevention Measures

With the development of modern social economy,telecommunication fraud has become the social effects of pollution,but also become the key and the difficulty of judicial organs to punish and prevent. Among them,fraud by mobile phone short message function phenomena has become one of the most important means of telecommunication fraud. With the widespread of mobile phone SMS fraud crime,it not only seriously infringes upon the property security and interests of the citizens,but also destroys the normal social order and economic order. In order to effectively prevent and punish mobile phone SMS fraud,we should strengthen the supervision and punishment,improve and perfect legislation,comprehensively manage in many ways.
