In order to improve the management of personnel quotas and the utilization of hours,choses C++Builder and SQL Server 2000 to develop the complex mining quota system.After the system was put into use,improved the mining enterprise collaboration and resource scheduling capabilities.The result shows that the conprehensive mining quota computer automatic preparation system can improve the utilization of coal mine work and it is a good method of cost control.
