s: The paper analyses the characteristics of physical constant in physics ,and expounds the application method of combined constant in atomic physics and cosmic, and sums up the basic principle of applying the method of combined constant in physics. Application result indicates that the method of combined constant is characterized by simplicity and directness in analyzing problems of physics. The relations are clear among every physical dimension, and the quantitative results are accurate.
