IGRT accelerator dose verification process of the problems and solutions

Objective:To verify the dose of actual measurement and examine the dose calculation accuracy of treatment planning for our latest accelerator system(including the treatment planning system,network,accelerator).Methods:The validation program according to the treatment planning system was transmitted to the accelerator through the network and field dosage used on the actual measurement.With the actual measurement data for system analysis,examination analysis,we determined the range of dose accuracy and the reason of error.Results:To analyze and to compare with actual measurement results,we found the error in measurement results and treatment planning system(TPS) calculated dose2%.After the whole system examine and analysis,the reason of error was that TPS in dose calculation process was equivalent to air ionization chamber.Conclusion:For the CMS treatment planning system we used in the dose calculation process,the ionization chamber should be equivalent to the water in all related to the ionization chamber of the validation plan.
