A Manchester's code decoding system based on phase-inversion symmetric modulation

This paper introduces a Manchester's code decoding system based on phase-inversion symmetric modulation(PISM) and presents a mathematics analysis on the system's anti-noise performance.At last,a result which proves the potential anti-noise performance of Manchester's code was made.
