Study on Software Reliability Accelerated Testing Based on the Mixed Testing Method

Based on the analysis of the characteristics of operational testing a two-stage mixed software reliability accelerated testing is proposed.The mixed testing method combines representative testing and directed testing.Transition rules and stopping rules are also discussed.An interface of testing strategies is proposed in the directed testing.Important sampling is used to get the accelerated factor.The mixed testing method has certain advantages over ordinary software reliability testing verified through the simulation experiment.
