Brief Discussion on Implementing Project ERP

From the angle of seeking commercial value,there are five key points in implementing Project ERP.Firstly,strengthen publicity to better the understanding.Secondly,position accurately to make a clear goal.Thirdly,Promote management and orient people.Fourthly,get all-round data and ensure stability.And lastly,take preventive measures.What's more,we must pay attention to the following aspects.Firstly,the project is really completed only when the enterprise gains benefits by systematic implementation.Secondly,not every business field may take the same benefits from Project ERP.Thirdly,management benefits should be the basis for upgrading the system.And lastly,too much development which is made according to customers' requirements must be forbidden.
