In the management of college students,counselors stand at the front line of educational administration,which also is the most important educational force close to university students.With the educational environment under the new situation changes,the management of college students have to adapt to new situations,solve new problems,improve efficiency and effectiveness,which proceed from the counselor's work,innovating the student management in the concept of content,methods and mechanisms to enhance the management of college students in scientific and effective,and truly realize the education goals of management and services,providing an important guarantee for student development.
