On Extension and Development of Library Reasonable Application Principle under Network Environment

Under network environment,reasonable application principle confronts challenge.It is a developing tendency to limit and decrease reasonable application in lagislation of China and abroad.But there are all kinds of factors ─the characters and social positions of library,the basic purpose of the law of copyright,the essential qualities of digital works,practical situation of a country,and so on,ultimately the reasonable application principle of library will be extensible to network environment.
