Analysis of Mountain Optimal Path Based on A* Algorithm

Optimal path analysis based on grids is one of the important issues on geographic information technology.Aiming at paths on mountains,takes the slop factor into A* algorithm.With the improved algorithm,this method can calculate the optimal path between two points on mountain effectively.Some applications show that the method can be efficiently used for path planning in forest fire fighting,camping,rapid marching and so on.
