A Simple Method for Cruise Missile Path Planning

A simple method is presented to choose the optimal route for cruise missile.The basic idea involves constructing circumscribing triangles around the obstacle, using the heuristic algorithm to choose the optimal path that is composed of partial edges of these circumscribing triangles.The simulation results show that the algorithm is simple and efficient,especially for the environment where the threats are sparse.
