Electric Quadrupole Moment and Its Application Research for Atomic Nuclear Physics

This paper puts forward the multi-level expansion of electric potential for small regional charge firstly.Electric quadrupole moment in the electric multipole moment is mainly discussed and elaborated by matrix.The shape and size of deformation for atomic nuclear can be quantitatively analyzed and estimated by electric quadrupole moment.These efforts can provide necessary references to the learning and teaching and application of electric quadrupole moment.
