Research on Ontology-Based Knowledge Presentation and Reasoning in Civil Aviation Emergency Decision

For the knowledge representation and management issues in civil aviation emergency decision,using the advantages of ontology in knowledge acquisition and modeling,this paper designs a reasoning model of civil aviation emergency decision based on the domain ontology.By the research on domain ontology modeling method of quaternion groups,the paper proposes an ontology construction method based on the civil aviation incidents dictionary which is based on emergency decision knowledge such as emergency cases and emergency resources,establishes the rules which civil aviation emergency decision needs by using the SWRL rule language,and implements the ontology-based rules reasoning by using protege and Jena.All of them provide methods and technology for the knowledge management and using of civil aviation emergency decision.
