Design of Modern Chinese Glossary Semantic Net

The basic viewpoint of character-meaning basis of cell and word-meaning combination to study Chinese glossary semantic net were infroduced,respecfively,and an Chinese word net model was built based on the penetrating analysis to WordNet and HowNet.
