Method of data handover in building power plant

There are a lot of data produced from plan,design,construction,operations and maintenance in building power plant.These are considered necessary for plant operation.It is the goal of constructors and power plant owners to plan and manage the data and information so that all data about the plant can be handover when plant completed.The digital power plant will be provided for owner/operator to support information systems at the beginning of production.According to the base rule in ISO 15926,the method of data handover in building power plant from practical needs and construction model in China was discussed.
