Reserarch and Evaluation on Influence Factors of Personalized Information Service

Based on deeply analyzing personalized information service,this paper discussed the influence of the service process,service system,technque and method,macroscopic factors and microcosmic factors to personalized information service.And finally we evaluated the key factors that influence the personalized information service with the help of Analysis Hierarchy Process.
