The design and the analysis on SCM structure of water resource in East-Route of South-to-North water transfer

It is very important in water resource allocation of whole project of the rational SCM structure of water resource in East-Rout of South-to-North water transfer. Firstly, the suitability idea and principle of design are given. Secondly, the SCM structure is devised with the method of gridding figure. Lastly, the characteristic of the water resource SCM is analyzed in detail.
