Scalar multiplication is an important factor affecting the elliptic curve algorithm executive efficiency,There are many methods of elliptic curve scalar multiplication,Scalar multiplication based on double-base chains is a better efficiency algorithm,In this paper,the basic principle of greedy algorithm that convert integer to double-base chains representation and the realization in the VB environment are discussed.
