The structure, properties, synthesis and advance of hyperbranched polymer and its application prospect in leather industry were introduced. The preparations of hyperbranched polyisocyanate and its application potential in leather making process were discussed. The introduction of hyperbranched polymer into leather industry is helpful for the development of leather chemicals.
