Incentive mechanism of the multitask principal—agent in the third logistics

The relationship between the logistics demanders and logistics services provider in the third party was the principal-agent,but there was asymmetric information in this relationship.The paper discussesd and analysed the relationship between the logistics demanders and logistics services provider by the theory of the principal-agent,then constructed the mathematical model to analyze this coordination problem in this third party.
